You might have seen our latest project where our groundworks contractors have been working with Tricas Construction on the enabling works to the Hanley Street development by Volume Property. Here is an update!

Tricas Construction has been in the construction industry for over 50 years, they undertake work from small new builds to full-scale city centre apartment blocks. Our team of groundworks contractors have worked with Tricas Construction on a variety of projects over the past few years. Volume Property have previously worked on letting to and managing thousands of students over the years and in towns and cities across the UK.

The groundworks contractors have been working on pouring the concrete that is needed to complete the groundworks. We made sure to pour the concrete over a couple of days as well as checking it regularly to ensure that it was all going to plan.
