Groundworks - Heron's View - Shirley

Working with Tricas Construction for a new Client, Kingslea Homes MIA on their new Heron’s View project the site comprises 7nr 4 and 5 bedroom luxury homes. We are carrying out all groundworks on the project from providing a safe site entrance complete with site hoarding and tarmac pathway/road to clearing the site of existing vegetation, providing a temporary pile mat, foundations, beam and block flooring, storm and foul drainage and all associated substructure brickwork. Later in the project we will return to install a tarmac road for the development, block paving to all driveways, paving to patios, soft landscaping and fencing throughout
